Chapter By-Laws

Chapter nominated to make the following changes to the By-Laws:

1. Meetings will be held quarterly.
 
2. Meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday quarterly: January, April July and October.
 
3. Meeting locations vary each time to allow more members to attend.
